Balancing the responsibilities of family life while nurturing your personal growth can be difficult. However, it’s essential to become the best version of yourself to be the best parent and spouse. Fulfillment Therapy is about more than just refining your parenting skills; it’s about unlocking your full potential. Quotes:
Dr. Lillian Glass, a communication and psychology expert, defines a toxic person as "anyone who is abusive, unsupportive, or unhealthy emotionally—someone who basically brings you down more than up."
"Toxic people are manipulative. Their modus operandi is to get people to do what they want them to do. It's all about them. They use other people to accomplish whatever their goal happens to be. Forget what you want; this is not about equality in a relationship—far from it," says Abigail Brenner, M.D., a psychiatrist and fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Understanding the Drama Triangle
The Drama Triangle, developed by Dr. Stephen Karpman, is a social model that describes three habitual roles people play in stressful or conflict situations1. These roles are:
The Victim: Feels powerless and at the mercy of circumstances
The Persecutor (or Villain): Blames and criticizes others
The Rescuer (or Hero): Swoops in to save the day, often enabling the victim
Quotes:
"The Drama Triangle is a model of dysfunctional social interaction. Each player in the triangle has their own beliefs and behaviors that reinforce the problem rather than resolve it." - Dr. Stephen Karpman
"The Empowerment Dynamic offers an antidote to the Drama Triangle. It's about moving from a reactive stance to a creative orientation." - David Emerald
"The quality of our lives depends not on whether or not we have conflicts, but on how we respond to them." - Thomas Crum
